One evening at Rajodi Beach, Stevan Dias, Sajan Tuscano, and Prathmesh Chaukekar gathered to discuss their roots.

Prathmesh spoke of Devgad’s famous Alphonso mangoes and cashews, while Stevan highlighted Vasai’s legendary sun-dried bananas ('Sukeli'). Seeing the immense potential, Sajan urged, "We must bridge the gap between these local farms and the modern table."

Prathmesh added the vision for a 'digital heartbeat,' proposing to blend tradition with innovation to reach a global audience. Right there, driven by shared passion, The Konkan Harvest was born—a mission to bring authentic, farm-fresh treasures to the world.

राजोडी बीचवरची एक निवांत संध्याकाळ. स्टीव्हन डायस, साजन टस्कानो आणि प्रथमेश चौकेकर हे तीन मित्र आपल्या मुळांबद्दल गप्पा मारत होते.

प्रथमेशने देवगडचे हापूस आंबे आणि काजूंचा विषय काढला, तर स्टीव्हनने वसईच्या प्रसिद्ध सुकेळींची आठवण करून दिली. हे सगळं पाहून साजन म्हणाला, "आपल्या मातीतील ही रत्नं आपण जगापर्यंत पोहोचवायलाच हवीत."

प्रथमेशने या विचाराला आधुनिक डिजिटल तंत्रज्ञानाची जोड दिली, जेणेकरून हा वारसा जागतिक स्तरावर पोहोचेल. त्या दिवशी एकाच ध्येयाने प्रेरित होऊन 'THE KONKAN HARVEST' ची मुहूर्तमेढ रोवली गेली. एक छोटा प्रवास, पण स्वप्न मात्र खूप मोठं!
